Cookie policy
We use analytics cookies only if you accept them. When you first visit, we ask, and Reject is as easy as Accept. You can change your mind at any time: change your cookie choice, or use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
What we store
| Name | What it does | How long | Needs consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
hw_consent | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask on every visit. | Until you clear it | No, strictly necessary |
hearthwood_unsent | Keeps one copy of your quiz answers if your connection drops, and sends it next time. Deleted once sent. | Until sent | No, strictly necessary |
ph_*_posthog | PostHog analytics: which sections and quiz steps people reach, and which ads brought them. | Up to 12 months | Yes |
ph_*_window_id, session recording | A recording of the visit so we can fix confusing parts of the page. Anything you type is hidden. | For the visit | Yes |
PostHog stores analytics in the EU and removes IP addresses. If you reject analytics cookies, none of it runs.
No advertising cookies
We don't use advertising or social media cookies. If we add any, such as the Meta Pixel, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent before they run.
Fonts and images
Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so no third party sees your visit when the page loads.
